I just wanted to thank you for the gift card. It was a very nice surprise! We love our ductless system, I only have one regret, I wish we would have purchased sooner. I am so nice & warm now using our heat mode, and I can’t wait to see how much money we save on oil this heating season. I did receive an email yesterday from PP&L informing that my claim has been received and is in process. How nice it is to purchase Air Conditioning & Heat and receive an $800. rebate & $1500. tax credit. You just can’t beat it! I will certainly recommend your services to all who ask. Thanks Again!

Can’t give a better review than this for Dottery heating and Air conditioner repair. Rich Dottery came out to give a second opinion on a winter checkup on our heat pump after a former Heat pump company quoted an $850 repair cost to assure that the device would work over the winter. Mr. Dottery came quickly, opened up and inspected the heat pump, and concluded that the heat pump was fine and that no repairs were needed. He saved us a huge fee and it is greatly appreciated. He advertises that his work is honest and affordable. How right he is! Thank you again and we will always give your firm the highest recommendation. I will share your name with everyone we know.

I just wanted to let you know how pleased I was with your service on 6/9/09. After waiting 6 hours past the time our regular service guy was suppose to get here and still no one knowing where he was at, I found your add in the phone book. Responsive, practical, thorough, honest - when you find a company like Dottery's you stick with them. I tried working with other HVAC companies and kept being told that I needed to replace my 2-year-old system (completely insane). Had issues to start with but can truly say the owner of the company took care of everything for me. Made sure my system worked properly and did not charge for the Xtra work required with it.
